The 70 MM horns from the Motorcycle Electrics page can be fitted inside the original casing of a failed Altette horm providing a cheap and comparatively easy repair. |

The casing is spun in a lathe and the area between the black and white arrows removed. The area indicated by the red arrow also has to be reduced in depth. The hole for the rear mounting of the new horn is slightly off centre as can be seen |
