Paypal & credit/debit card payments cost me a lot of money, so I prefer cheques or direct payment to my bank account where possible. Paypal/credit/debit card orders over £20.00 are surcharged £1.00

4) You can also order with a credit card by using Paypal. Send a confirmation E mail as Paypal in their wisdom now don't always send the customers E mail address with the order & postal address

All shortages & non deliveries must be notified within 21 days of ordering

If you wish to cancel, you must contact me within 7 days after receipt & return the goods

Faulty goods will be replaced FOC, refunds not given

Returned goods must be in as new condition including the packaging where appropriate

Any goods returned for refund that are not faulty will incur a minimum 10% handling charge. P&P is not refunded. If the goods are in as new condition, including the packaging and a credit note will be accepted there will be no handling charge.
